Before you write

• This form is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 999 or 112. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111.
• We cannot give medical advice. For questions about symptoms, treatment or medication, please speak to a GP, nurse or pharmacist.
• Many answers are already in our help centre.

What to include

To help us reply, please tell us:

• what your message is about (account, planner, free tools, a guide, privacy, or something else);
• the page or feature involved, if relevant;
• the email address linked to your account, if you have one.

Please do not include detailed health information about yourself or anyone else. We do not need it to help you.

Response times

We try to reply to every message, but we cannot guarantee a response time. Privacy requests, such as subject access or erasure requests, are handled within the time limits set by UK GDPR, which is usually one month.
