Family planner

A shared plan for the people who care

One place for the tasks, visits and notes that keep a parent's or relative's week running — shared with exactly the people you choose.

How it works

  1. Create a care space for the person you support and set their time zone.
  2. Invite brothers, sisters, partners or paid helpers and give each person a role.
  3. Add tasks and visits. Everyone sees who is doing what, and when.
  4. After a visit, write a short report so the rest of the family is up to date.

Shared tasks with an owner

Every task has a person and a due date, so jobs stop falling between the cracks.

A calendar in the right time zone

Visits and appointments show in the household's local time, even if the family is spread across the country.

Visit notes the family can read

After a visit, write a short report: what was done, what is left, what to bring next time.

Roles and permissions

Invite relatives and helpers with exactly the access they need — from full editing to read-only.

Roles, in plain words

Owner
Full control, including billing, deleting the care space and transferring ownership.
Administrator
Manages people, tasks, calendar and all visit reports.
Family member
Creates and completes tasks, adds events and writes visit reports.
Caregiver
Sees tasks and the calendar, completes tasks and writes visit reports.
Read-only viewer
Can read tasks, the calendar and shared visit reports, but not change them.

Private by design

Your care space is visible only to the people you invite. There is no advertising inside the planner, and nothing you write there is used for advertising or sent to analytics.
